PIN CRUSHING ON SIDE MEMBER

This is a semi-automatic bench designed to crush and flare pins or bushings onto a vehicle
frame side member.

The machine ensures a secure and permanent mechanical fastening by
deforming the end of the pin, preventing it from detaching. This process is critical for joining
components and providing structural integrity to the frame assembly.

NANO PUMP AND TORSION BAR ASSEMBLY

This is an assembly bench designed for the complete assembly of a nano pump and a torsion bar onto a frame.

The machine performs a sequence of operations:
1. Pin Crushing: A pin is crushed to create a permanent mechanical fastening.
2. Nano Pump Phasing: The nano pump is phased or indexed to its correct rotational position.
3. Nano Pump Screwing: The nano pump is then screwed securely onto the frame.
4. Torsion Bar Insertion: The torsion bar is inserted into its mounting points by following a predefined
path with multiple positions to ensure correct and precise insertion.

FRONT BACK REST FRAME EFFORT TEST

This is a 4-station rotary table machine designed to perform effort tests on a front seat backrest frame.

The machine is configured to perform two primary functions at different stations:
Backrest Release Control: This station checks the force required to release the backrest, ensuring it
operates within specified parameters for safety and functionality.
Backrest Position Testing: At other stations, the machine tests the backrest performance in various positions, verifying its stability, durability, and smooth operation throughout its range of motion.

Pallet Line for filter assembly

This pallet line is used for the application of 1 to 4 edges to filters, with the capability of creating folds of
varying heights.

Technical Specifications

Process: The line applies a sequence of up to four edges to each filter.

Fold Height: The machine can adjust the height of each fold, allowing for different edge
specifications.

Dimensions:
o Width: 80 – 600 mm
o Length: 80 – 700 mm

3rd and 4th side borders filter automatic assembly

Dimensions: The machine can handle a wide range of filter sizes:

o Minimum width: 150 mm
o Maximum width: 600 mm
o Minimum length: 80 mm
o Maximum length: 600 mm

RIVETING MACHINERY ON SIDE MEMBER

This is a rotary table riveting machine designed to rivet pins to the side member of a frame,
ensuring they are permanently secured to a specific length.

The machine uses a rotary table to feed
the side members to the riveting head, which then performs the riveting operation with precision.
This process is crucial for creating robust and dimensionally accurate subassemblies.

BAR TOWEL INSERTION AND TESTING ON SLIDER

This is an automated bench equipped with four linear axes for the precise insertion of a towel bar into its designated guides on a slider component.

After successful insertion, the machine performs a pull test to verify the integrity and correct placement of the towel bar, ensuring a secure fit and
meeting quality standards.

The use of multiple linear axes allows for controlled, multi-directional
movement to handle complex insertion tasks.

FRONT BACK REST INTERMEDIATE DISTANCE MESUREMENT

This is a measurement bench designed to verify the symmetry and width of a front seat backrest.

The machine uses transducers to take precise measurements, ensuring the backrest meets specific
dimensional and symmetry requirements for quality control.

Automatic Filter Assembly Line 1st and 2nd side band

The machine is capable of assembling traditional filters using both carbon and synthetic materials. It can
produce L-shaped, C-shaped, and book-clip edges.

Key Features
Edge Finishing: The machine can create three distinct edge finishes:
o L-shaped edges: A single, straight fold along the perimeter.
o C-shaped edges: A curled or U-shaped edge, providing a secure, rolled finish.
o Book-clip edges: A folded edge that overlaps and interlocks, similar to a book clip.
Central Reinforcement: A central reinforcement can be applied using either a synthetic strip or a
simple adhesive bond. This feature enhances the structural integrity of the filter.
Dimensions: The machine can handle a wide range of filter sizes:
o Minimum width: 85 mm
o Maximum width: 600 mm
o Minimum length: 100 mm
o Maximum length: Infinite (continuous process)

Robotic Island for Trapezoidal Filters

This robotic island is designed for the cutting and assembly of special-shaped filters, specifically
trapezoidal filters.

Technical Specifications

Process: The robotic cell handles both the cutting and composition of the filter material.
Filter Shape: Optimized for trapezoidal shapes.

Dimensions:
o Width: 120 – 280 mm
o Length: 250 – 400 mm

CRUSHING AND FLAIRING ON SIDE MEMBER

This is a semi-automatic bench engineered to crush and flare bushings or pins onto the side
member of a vehicle frame.

The machine operates by deforming the pin or bushing end,
creating a secure, flared head that prevents it from coming loose.

This process is essential for permanent component assembly and contributes to the structural integrity of the frame. The term flaring refers to the process of forming a conical or bell-shaped end, while crushing refers to the
deformation force applied.

ASSEMBLY AND TESTING ON FULL FRAME WITH SLIDER

This is a rotary table machine with 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 stations designed for the complete assembly and testing of a full frame with a slider.

At the initial stations, various components are screwed onto the frame.
Following assembly, the frame is indexed to subsequent stations where it undergoes a series of tests:
Seat Lifting Test: This test is performed with load cells and transducers that communicate real-time data to verify performance as a variable force, measured in kilograms, is applied to the frame.
Slider Testing: This station performs two critical checks on the seat sliders: a disengagement test to
ensure proper release functionality and a guide test to verify the smooth operation of the slider tracks.

LATCH MECHANISM ASSEMBLY & TEST

This is a triple simultaneous rotary table machine for the automatic assembly of various
components to form a complete latch mechanism.

After the initial operations of crushing and phasing, the assembled unit undergoes quality control checks using both vision systems (cameras)
and mechanical inspections. This fully automated process achieves a production rate of one finished product every 10 seconds.

Automatic filter module creation line C-shaped

The machine uses a lateral gluing process to create a filter module composed of 1 to 6 filters, with a
width ranging from 100 to 600 mm

HEPA Filter Assembly Line

This HEPA filter assembly line is designed for the application of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th borders.

It is capable of producing straight, L-shaped, and C-shaped borders.

Technical Specifications
Edge Finishing: The machine can apply a sequence of up to four edges to the filter.
o Straight Edges: A standard, linear fold.
o L-Shaped Edges: A single fold, forming an "L" shape.

o C-Shaped Edges: A rolled or curled & C shape, providing a secure, finished edge.

Dimensions:
o Width: 80 – 600 mm
o Length: 150 – 600 mm
