- Create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings using CAD so ware (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor).
- Develop and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each project.
- Conduct feasibility studies and structural analysis (FEA) to ensure product durability.
- Liaise with the produc on department to ensure designs are op mized for manufacturing.
Production Team
Manual Turner & Miller (Manual Machinist)
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Machinist specialized in Lathe and Milling opera ons. Unlike CNC roles, this posi on requires a “master cra sman” approach, where manual dexterity, deep material knowledge, and precision measurement are the core skills. You will be responsible for crea ng and repairing high-precision metal components using conven onal machine tools.

- Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts.
- Perform complex machining opera ons (turning, facing, threading, boring, and gear cutting) without the aid of automated programming.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings to plan the machining sequence.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on the material (steel, aluminum, brass, etc.).
- Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators) to ensure tolerances are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and “fine-tuning” of manual workshop machinery.
Mechatronics Technician
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Mechatronics Technician to bridge the gap between mechanical systems and electronic controls. You will be responsible for the installa on, maintenance, and troubleshoo ng of complex automated machinery.
